1. Purpose of the service

Codz provides an interface for sending requests to AI models, viewing their responses, and using related account features. Available models and tools may change as the service is updated.

The service is provided for writing assistance, learning, programming, content analysis, and other permitted tasks. Some features may be experimental, limited, or unavailable depending on the plan, model, or technical configuration.

2. Account and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions performed through your session to the extent they result from your use or inadequate protection of your credentials.

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. If you suspect unauthorized access, secure your account and contact support.

3. Tokens, quotas et offres

Tokens are an internal usage unit used to manage access to requests. The cost of a request may depend on its length, conversation context, attachments, model, and processing complexity. A long task or file analysis may therefore use more tokens than a short question.

Balances, limits, plans, and renewal times shown in the interface are the operational references for your account. Limits may be adjusted during updates, subject to the commitments applicable to your plan. Always review the displayed information before purchasing.

External purchases and payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Review its terms and the final price before confirming. A code activation is not successful until the service displays confirmation.

4. Generated responses and verification

Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your context. Review them before publishing, executing, or relying on them for an important decision.

You remain responsible for how you use generated content, including code, text, recommendations, and files created from responses. Check licenses, third-party rights, security, and professional rules that apply to your work.

5. Usage interdite

You may not use the service to attack systems, steal credentials, distribute malware, harass people, violate privacy, bypass quotas, or break applicable laws. Details are provided in the politique d’utilisation acceptable.

Abuse may result in temporary limits, code revocation, feature suspension, or account restrictions when necessary to protect the service and its users.

6. Content and rights

You must have the necessary rights to submit the text, images, and files you provide. Do not send other people’s personal data, confidential documents, or protected content without appropriate authorization.

Generated responses may resemble existing content and do not guarantee exclusivity, lack of similarity, or specific copyright protection. Check applicable rights before commercial publication or redistribution.

7. Availability and changes

Codz relies on technical services and external providers. Outages, slowdowns, model errors, quota limits, and maintenance may occur. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or a perfect response to every request.

Features may change to improve security, fix defects, or adapt the product. Significant changes will be explained where appropriate.

8. Data and security

Information collection and processing are described in the Privacy Policy. Avoid sending secrets or sensitive data that are not needed for the task. Security controls are in place, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Restrictions may apply when activity appears to compromise security, violate the rules, or harm service availability. Where possible and appropriate, support may explain the restriction or steps to resolve it.

Data retention and deletion after account closure are described in the Privacy Policy and may depend on security, support, or applicable legal requirements.

10. Contact and scope of this document
